Template and Expectations
Microsoft has kindly provided us with a template of how they would like to see the presentation of your solution. Click on the button below to open the template that you should use to present your ideas. This is essentially your final submission (after you have populated of cause).
You’ll see that there are expectations on each slide. Use that as a guide. Throughout the course we’ll also remind you of what you should be putting on each slide.

Because you are going to be working in a team, and even if you are doing this solo, you will need one place where you can consolidate your ideas.

How to create folders on Google Drive
(For Facilitator of team)
For those who are in a team, one of you will create a folder that everyone in the team will have access to. The video below explains how to do that. Only one person needs to do this and share the folder with everybody.
This is a step-by-step video on how to create the folder that you and your teammates will use to access the same files – same PowerPoint presentation, same Worksheet, etc.
Tip: This is a follow along video. To help you avoid going in and out of your browser, use the Picture in Picture (PIP) feature that allows you to view the video while you edit Excel worksheet. Play the video >> right click on video twice >> and then click ‘Picture in picture‘. The video will popup on the bottom right of the screen. Now you can watch the video and do what’s on the video at the same time.
